This goes under the heading, if you don't ask you'll never know.

I'm giving a presentation in my class in a few weeks. My topic is near and dear to my heart. "Beyond Survival" (as individuals and as societies). This might seem a strange question, but could I use this as artwork for my presentation? I don't think it ever leaves the classroom. I will of course give full credit, with the picture and in the bibliography, as with anything used in a presentation. When I saw this on the daily it just screamed at me as being what I'm looking for. It's industrial, organic, hard edges, bold statements, a piece that truly speaks. I would be honored.

Either way is cool. Just had to ask. :)

I consider it a privilege to be asked. Go ahead and use it however you want (as long as it's not for profit). I'll enable downloads for the next 2 days so you can get a larger image. Thanks for allowing me to contribute to your presentation.

Unless you count (hopefully) a good grade, no, nothing profit. Thank you so much :) Awesome!

Wow it looks really cool but why did you add the butterflies?

They do look like butterflies don't they! actually they're leaves. On the other side of these boxes i painted an image of a girl standing while leaves were blowing past her. (figured i'd link the two images)

Thanks for having a look. This piece is about the things that all of us feel but too many keep inside. Whatever the cause, this is how we feel. I'm thankful that we can use art to communicate that.

One of the reasons i made this piece is because i want people to know that these things live in all of us. They are the aftermath of our circumstances.
But no one is alone in all of this.

The realization we are not alone is a comforting thought. We always feel we are alone.

Yes, please... However, I thought it was something like the aftermath of the Jewish Death Camps, back in the Hitler times... However, this is just my guess. Proceed with yours.

hmmm, interesting guess. what I think is its the after math of our inner person actually, some people have these sorta of feeling which make us seem brutal on the inside like the desert.
